Discover the various ways you can support Preserving Public Media's mission to safeguard and promote public media in Central & Northern Pennsylvania.

Send an Email

Let your voice be heard. Send an email to members of the PSU Board of Trustees. Click here to be taken to the Board's membership page where you can send rhe Board an email asking them to not shutter WPSU TV & FM.

Write a Letter

Send a letter to the editor of your local paper. Keep it short (250 words is usually the maximum) and let your neighbors know that you want public TV and radio to continue. Ask them to take action.

Make a Phone Call

You can make a phone call to the Board of Trustee's office and let the staff know that you want the Board to reverse their decision to close WPSU and find a way to maintain the University's land-grand mission of public service. Call (814) 865-2521

Spread the Word

Let your social networks know about this effort. Copy and paste the address for this website - perserving-public-media.org - and use it on Facebook, X, etc. The move voices that can be raised, the better the chances to reverse this decision.

Make a Donation

A fund at Centre Foundation to support this effort has been established. To be clear, everyone associated with Protecting Public Media is volunteering their time. Funds will be used only for any real costs associated with the possibility of having to create new broadcast stations should WPSU go dark. If they do stay on the air, all funds will be contributed to WPSU TV&FM.
